Store Manager

A Store Manager is to put the customer at the center of everything you do. You need to ensure the highest possible level of customer service and make sure that the visual merchandising is executed according to our guidelines. You maximize the sales opportunities and the profitability of your store, as well as follow up on the results. You will also manage recruitment, training and development of the Sales Advisors and the Store Management team. Our business is your business, so when you grow, we grow. This position reports to the Area Manager and has the Department Managers and Visual Merchandisers as direct reports.
