Job Description

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Director - Retail Operations, the Food Store Manager participates as a key member of our Pembina Consumers Co-op organization, dealing with day-to-day operations of the Crystal City Food Store. The Manager will provide leadership, direction, and support to ensure the location delivers trusted products and services to the local community.

  • Development and achievement of financial results and budget objectives in the areas of sales, margins, expenses, and profits within established guidelines

  • Provides operational direction and supports the implementation of programs and policies. Applies a broad-based level of operational knowledge, commodity direction, and managerial skills to achieve established objectives in terms of brand, service levels, quality, and timeliness of delivery.
