Store Manager Clinic

Job Purpose

Reporting to the District Leader, Store Manager Clinic is responsible for leading the human, physical and financial resources of the Front Store according to company guidelines and all applicable provincial and federal laws and regulations. Responsible for maintaining a cohesive working relationship with all Pharmacy staff.

Job Dimensions

STAFF: Responsible for training, mentoring and direct supervision of Front Store staff including Post Office where applicable.
FINANCIAL: Responsible to achieve the Controllable Contribution Margin Budget by managing the appropriate financial levers including but not exclusive of: Sales, Gross Margin, Expenses, Labour Costs and Inventory Shrink.
