KeyResponsibilities
- LeadalldailyoperationsoftheTwyfordshowroom,ensuringapremiumcustomerexperiencethatreflectsourbrandstandards.
- Recruit,train,mentor,andmotivateateamofsalesconsultantsandsupportstaff,fosteringacultureofexcellenceanddeepproductknowledge.
- Implementandmaintainhighstandardsofvisualmerchandising,productdisplay,andshowroomcleanliness.
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeyclients,architects,contractors,anddevelopers.
