Store Manager

Magson Retail and Distribution Ltd. is looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in Supermarket/FMCG Retail Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall store operations, driving sales, leading the store team, maintaining inventory, and ensuring an excellent customer shopping experience while meeting the company's operational and business objectives. Key Responsibilities • Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store. • Drive sales performance and achieve monthly business targets. • Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the store team. • Prepare staff duty rosters, allocate responsibilities, and monitor performance. • Ensure optimum stock availability through effective inventory management and regular stock audits. • Maintain merchandising standards and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO). • Monitor shrinkage, pilferage, and stock variances and take corrective action. • Deliver excellent customer service and promptly resolve c...
