1. Store Operations & Customer Experience Excellence
Deliver a premium and immersive beauty experience aligned with brand identity and service philosophy.Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, visual execution, hygiene, tester standards, and overall operational readiness.Resolve customer concerns effectively to ensure high satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, hygiene standards, and luxury retail operational protocols.2. Sales Performance, KPIs & Commercial Delivery
