Store Development Officer (Leasing)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms
• Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands
• Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space for Renewal and/or Non Renewal
• Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts

Qualifications

• Language: English
• Skills: Strong negotiation and management abilities
• Experience: Experience in similar fields is highly preferable.
• With pleasing personality
