Job Description
What you’ll do
Store Assistant – Banbury, 18 hours per week, local commute required.
- Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need.
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Provide outstanding service during busy times.
- Ask the right questions to assist customers with their projects.
- Sell the benefits of the Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts to customers.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment, managing early starts and late finishes (store open 7 AM – 8 PM).
- Stay prepared for varying temperatures; work all seasons.
