Store Administration & HR/Finance Lead

Jumbo cash and Carry in Bloemfontein is seeking a dedicated Store Administration and HR/L&D coordinator to manage HR administration, finance administration and daily operations.

You will build relationships with store management, suppliers and the Massmart finance team, supervise staff performance and attendance, assist payroll processes, and ensure policy compliance across the store.
