Job Description
STORAGE MANAGER – JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS Position Job Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming goods and deliveries.
- Verify quantities and product quality against purchase orders and invoices.
- Organize and store inventory using the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate inventory is maintained.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and prepare inventory reports.
- Issue ingredients, beverages, packaging, and supplies to outlets according to approved requests.
- Monitor expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the company’s inventory system.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team regarding stock shortages and replenishment.
- Ensure the storeroom, chiller, and freezer are clean, organized, and comply with food safety standards.
