Our client is looking for a Stock Controller & Invoicing Clerk to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing new vehicle stock, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate stock control in a busy dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain new vehicle stock records.
- Process vehicle invoices accurately and timeously.
- Capture and reconcile stock movements.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation is completed correctly.
- Liaise with relevant departments regarding stock and invoicing.
- Maintain accurate filing and administrative records.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential.
- Previous invoicing and stock control experience is essential.
