Responsibilities Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts, maintaining accurate inventory records in retail systems. Track stock movements (sales, returns, damages, transfers) and identify discrepancies. Use retail management systems to process stock, generate reports, monitor levels, and flag low stock for reordering. Work with Security to minimise shrinkage, investigate stock variances, identify theft or damage patterns, and implement controls. Monitor stock levels, alert management to reorder points, and coordinate with General Workers on stock replenishment.
