STOCK ACCOUNTANT
Fluent in English and Afrikaans - EE Candidate required
Position is based in Paarl
Salary - R40 000 (depending on experience)
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements: Matric and relevant qualification Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), packaging materials, and finished goods Perform inventory reconciliations between physical stock, ERP systems, and the General Ledger, investigating and resolving stock variances. Ensure accurate inventory valuation and maintain stock records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies Prepare and process inventory journals, stock adjustments, month-end reconciliations, and inventory-related financial reports Analyse manufacturing costs, production yields, stock movements, and inventory variances, identifying opportunities to improve cost efficiencies and reduce waste Coordinate and participate in cycle...
