Stewarding Supervisor - Kai Beach

At Aldar Hospitality's Leisure Cluster, we are looking for a Stewarding Supervisor to manage the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas within the Kai Beach club.

As a Stewarding Supervisor you will lead the stewarding team to ensure compliance with food safety standards, efficient dishwashing operations, and proper sanitation practices.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily stewarding activities, including dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, and waste management.
• Ensure all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas are clean, organized, and operationally ready at all times.
• Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of stewarding staff during shifts.
• Enforce strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
