We are seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to support our culinary team by maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient working environment. The role encompasses overseeing the cleaning and sanitizing of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils, ensuring proper organization, and supporting a smooth back‑of‑house workflow.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes are washed, sanitized, and stored properly.
• Oversee the cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, counters, and workstations throughout the shift.
• Ensure the proper and safe handling of chemicals and cleaning agents in line with safety standards.
