• Clean and wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils following performance standards.
• Empty rubbish bins according to garbage schedules.
• Use dishwashing machines and chemicals appropriately.
• Adhere to Rixos Standards of Performance, opening/closing procedures, and HACCP guidelines.
