Job Description
**Chevron USA - Marine** is accepting online applications for the position of **Steward** located on one of their **US Flag fleet of vessels** **through July 29th, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (PST).**
The Steward is the department head of the vessels Galley department and reports directly to the Master of the vessel. Key Job Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
+ Mustbe professionally skilled in the preparation of meals that are nutritious and healthy.
+ Routine duties requiresupervisionof galley staff;overseeing meal service operations;supplymanagement;and ensuring the departmentcomplieswithcompany sanitary and safety standards.
+ Specifictasksincludes:ordering and inventory ofprovisionsupplies;menu planning;supervision of daily meal production;recipe development;maintainingsanitary environment;andcomplying withbudgetrequirements.
+ Must make sure that date-stamping forprovisionrotation is followed.
