Join the La Crosse Area Family YMCA as a STEM Coach and bring science, technology, engineering, and math to life for youth through hands-on activities, creative problem-solving, and encouraging mentorship. This part-time role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with young people, building confidence, and making learning feel exciting, welcoming, and accessible. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead engaging STEM activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving. Create a fun, inclusive, and learning environment where every participant feels welcome and supported. Help youth build confidence as they explore science, technology, engineering, math, and real-world applications.
