Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a General Manager for the Alain Ducasse Steakhouse to lead our resort’s Food & Beverage team. The role demands strong leadership, exceptional guest service, and proven ability to drive revenue while managing costs in a high-end dining environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in fine dining leadership and a background with 50+ covers daily, plus international experience and sommelier knowledge.
