Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Retrospective)
- Identify and remove roadblocks hindering team progress
- Help teams define success metrics and track progress
- Foster a collaborative and continuous learning environment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Agile trends and best practices
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and Agile processes
Qualifications
