Core Responsibilities

1. Safety & Compliance – Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols, enforce safe working methods, conduct safety audits and operations checks, respond to emergencies, and maintain a hazard‑free work environment.
2. Operations Management – Supervise day‑to‑day station operations, implement policies to improve efficiency, manage the station budget and controllable margin, oversee onboarding activities, maintain station facilities and equipment, and ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.
