Our client is a major service provider in London with over 50 years of success and continued growth. Due to recent success, they are seeking a Static M&E Engineer to join their ever-expanding M&E Division. This division operates across London, managing a range of blue-chip portfolios. The work is a mixture of planned maintenance and repair works, as well as reactive works. You will be working across the Kew Gardens Estate
Working across a wide range of mechanical systems, the Static Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and optimising building systems to ensure efficient operation.
Mechanical duties include AHUs, HIUs, pumps, inverters, cooling towers, adiabatic coolers, and pipework, requiring a solid working knowledge of all M&E and HVAC systems.
