Position: State Head (Gold Loan)
Location: Chennai
Salary: Up to 12–15 LPA
Experience: Minimum 12+ years in Gold Loan / NBFC (Gold Loan experience mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage business operations across 29 branches.
* Drive sales, portfolio growth, collections, recovery, and profitability.
* Monitor branch performance and achieve business targets.
* Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies.
* Lead, mentor, and develop Regional, Area, and Branch Managers.
* Oversee audit, operations, risk management, and NPA control.
* Review MIS reports and implement business improvement strategies.
* Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalations.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth branch operations.
