Job Description
Responsibilities
- Source and headhunt for candidates for the healthcare industry
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Support onboarding and contract signing for new hires
- Handle incoming calls and provide general administrative support to the team
- Min Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- No prior experience required — training will be provided
- Exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process
- Opportunity to develop interviewing and stakeholder management skills
