Job Description
STARS Technician
As a STARS Technician you will support the performance, reliability, and compliance of advanced manufacturing systems, including high‑precision assembly equipment, automated inspection platforms, and sensor calibration technologies.
You will execute System Testing, Analysis, Repair, and Support across regulated production environments, ensuring all equipment operates within validated parameters and meets ISO 13485, FDA, and MHRA requirements. Your work will directly contribute to the quality and consistency of life‑changing diabetes‑management products.
Key responsibilities include performing root‑cause diagnostics, analysing equipment performance data, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting engineering teams with process optimisation, equipment upgrades, and validation activities.
