Stakeholder Relations Manager

The organisation is looking for a dynamic, energetic, open-minded individual who is prepared to be based in Gqeberha and travel locally and nationally when required. Duties and Responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• To facilitate engagements with Government Departments on operational plans to address the numerous issues faced by commercial farmers
• Lead and motivate support staff to develop a high-performance culture
• Oversee interaction between Farmer Associations and members with responsible Government Departments at a Provincial, District and Local level, as well as other stakeholders relating to operational constraints and service delivery issues that affect the commercial environment of member producers.
• To support the various functional committees within the organisation to ensure desired results are achieved with Government stakeholders, in line with the overall strategy of Agri Eastern Cape
