Reporting directly to the Employee and Labour Relations Manager, the Staffing Scheduler coordinates day‑to‑day departmental staff scheduling and long‑term workforce planning across hospital units, including nursing and non‑nursing departments. The role maintains accurate departmental master rotations and daily schedules in the UKG system, monitors staffing needs, anticipates operational changes, and collaborates with leaders to ensure safe staffing levels aligned with patient care demands.
