Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision, strategy, and operating model for research at BEP
- Design scalable research operations across 7 product lines
- Establish foundational systems including research repositories, intake processes, and data privacy practices
- Uplevel the design team’s research capability through coaching, workshops, and critiques
- Lead complex, ambiguous research initiatives to inform product direction and executive decisions
- Synthesize insights across products to uncover strategic recommendations
- Advocate for users in critical decision-making moments
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in user research
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven experience building research practices and systems from scratch
