About the role

As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will partner closely with Staff Engineers and engineering leaders on cross‑team, cross‑repository initiatives that strengthen Fever’s technical foundation. This individual‑contributor leadership role connects the company’s strategic vision to engineering execution, turning architectural direction into executable programs, coordinating dependencies across multiple teams, surfacing risks early, and creating the visibility and alignment needed to deliver foundational improvements in developer experience, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
