Staff Engineer

We are seeking a Staff Engineer to design, build, and maintain high‑performance, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure solutions that enable seamless work experiences from any device.

Responsibilities

• Engineer product features, including design, coding, code review, testing, and automation of functional development tests.
• Design across application layers and distributed systems to implement models for SaaS‑based security.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, infrastructure, and domain teams on challenging problems and customer escalations.
• Drive complex technical discussions and design decisions across stakeholders.
• Maintain a customer focus to deliver high‑quality solutions and support customer‑facing teams for maximum satisfaction.
• Operate with a service‑ownership mindset in a DevOps environment, ensuring automation, quality, CI/CD, logging, and monitoring of built services.
