Job Description
We are working with a London-based team scaling their Rails function - they’re specifically looking for engineers who can raise the bar, not just contribute.

- You must have deep Ruby/Rails experience
- Opportunity for IC or more responsibility around coaching and mentoring
- Opportunity to work across teams
- Responsibility around system design, architecture and driving technical strategy
- Hybrid - 1 day per week into the London office
