We’re looking for a **Staff Product Designer** to operate at the platform level—someone who doesn’t just design features, but shapes the system, sets direction, and drives outcomes across an entire product ecosystem. This is a role for a designer who leads through vision, prototypes the future, and aligns cross-functional teams around a unified experience.
**What This Role Is**
This is not a feature-level design role.
You will:
+ Own experience strategy across a platform or major product surface, not just individual workflows
+ Define north star vision and design principles that guide multiple teams
