Staff Nurse – Oncology/Hematology (Tower D7)

Job Purpose

Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care. Support professional nursing practice across the continuum of care to meet patient and family needs. Provide age‑appropriate care in line with the Nursing Scope of Practice and professional codes of conduct.

Assessment and Diagnosis

Collect and analyze assessment data, including physical, psychosocial, emotional, cognitive and spiritual needs, to determine diagnoses/issues. Use evidence‑based assessment techniques and instruments, prioritize data, identify potential risks, and document findings in compliance with established guidelines.
