Staff Nurse – Level 1 Special Care Baby Unit

We have an exciting opportunity for Band 5 staff nurses to join our nurse‑led level 1 Special Care Baby unit. The unit is 12 beds and cares for infants from 30+ weeks gestation. The post is rotational, covering days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Variable hours are available. We promote professional development with opportunities for relevant training and courses in this specialist area.
The post holder:
- Demonstrates excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Works closely with the multidisciplinary team and is responsible for assessment of care needs and evaluation of care, ensuring delivery of high‑quality family‑centred care to neonates and families.
