Staff ML Engineer - Content Recommendations & Personalization

Coupang Play in Singapore is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to build and optimize large-scale recommendation and personalization systems. You will mine playback data, generate features, train models, and collaborate with Product/Engineering to deploy robust solutions for VOD, live events, and transactional content.

You will lead model development, evaluation, and experimentation, with emphasis on production readiness and scalable ML infrastructure to improve CX and engagement.
