Job Description
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Lead and continuously improve the PAC business processes, continual improvement project and BKM alignment
- Facilitate and drive global peer groups to align strategy and roadmap to achieve area objectives. Build metrics with clear line of sight to strategic objectives. Drive alignment to demonstrate performance improvement and hold accountability to those decisions. Share the best methods across all sites regardless of technology and site mission differences.
- Review and lead current Micron Sites PAC performance, identify gaps and opportunities to achieve BIC performance.
- Lead PAC alignment and improvement to meet Micron PAC objectives. Align procedures and define requirements based on technical assessment and lesson learns.
- Drive continuous improvement in multiple aspects such as safety, Capex, cash cost, equipment performance, sustainability, new technology introduction, first of a kind tool enablement and etc...
