Perform and analyze HVDC, AC, CV, and transient electrical characterization for on-wafer and packaged GaN HEMTs Design on-wafer test structures and automate probing stations/measurement systems for efficient data acquisition Interpret physical analysis data (SEM/TEM, thermal imaging, EDX, SIMS) to support device physics understanding and failure analysis Coordinate characterization data with modeling teams to develop compact device models for circuit simulation Partner with design and application engineering teams to diagnose device behavior and drive performance improvements Develop, troubleshoot, and standardize test procedures; provide technical guidance to operators, technicians, and junior engineers Maintain characterization databases, ensure...
