Job Description
Join a team focused on advancing the manufacturing and sustainment of innovative surgical instruments used by healthcare professionals around the world. As a Staff Electrical Engineer you will play a key role in developing, validating, and improving manufacturing processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to support both new product introductions and existing product lines.
**What You Will Do**
+ Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for electro-mechanical assemblies, including printed circuit board assemblies, soldering, potting, pressing, torque-controlled assembly, plastic molding, and manual assembly operations.
+ Partner with internal and contract manufacturing teams to implement scalable, repeatable, and compliant production processes.
+ Lead or support capital equipment projects, including equipment specification, supplier selection, installation, qualification, and validation activities.
