Staff Development & Engagement Lead

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking a proactive individual to support staff development, well-being, and engagement initiatives within the organization. Key responsibilities include managing overseas development programmes, coordinating capability development initiatives, and fostering employee engagement.

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships. A two-year contract will be offered to the selected candidate.
