As a Staff Engineer at Factorial, you will shape how AI powers our core product at scale, driving AI-native experiences across HR, Finance and operations. You will lead the design and implementation of reusable AI foundations, skills, and evaluation frameworks, ensuring reliability, compliance, and measurable business impact. You’ll collaborate across product, design, and leadership to embed AI into product strategy, while staying close to customers to solve real problems. This is a hands-on, leadership-heavy role with a strong focus on building enduring AI capabilities.
