We are looking for a part-time Staff Accountant to support a healthcare organization in New Orleans, Louisiana through a long-term contract assignment. • Create and post journal entries across key accounts while ensuring supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts such as cash, prepaid expenses, payroll, and intercompany balances to maintain reliable financial records.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles by preparing workbooks, reviewing account activity, and resolving variances on schedule.
