SSA Logistics Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven SSA Logistics Analyst to join the Group Parts team. The role supports the Sub‑Saharan Africa After‑Sales function by improving parts availability, supply chain performance, and customer satisfaction. It is responsible for coordinating cross‑border logistics activities, ensuring compliance with customs and documentation requirements. This position is based in the Group Parts Department (Centurion).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Compile & maintain end‑to‑end KPI dashboards, variance & gap analysis and reporting.
Perform daily back‑order tracking, ETA monitoring and escalation.
Inventory optimisation, stock parameters and availability.
Conduct pricing, demand, and parts basket analysis and document proposal.
Ensure customs compliance, HS codes and documentation control.
Ensure regulatory and audit compliance and risk management.
