Job Title: Sr. Windows Server Tower Lead (Solution Engineer)
Location: Washington, DC 20590 (onsite)

Responsibilities
+ Provide oversight and management support for over 30 Windows engineers responsible for operations, maintenance, and engineering support for the Department of Transportation's Common Operating Environment (COE).
+ Lead the Windows Server Tower team, offering technical expertise and strategic guidance on Windows server infrastructure and cloud migrations.
+ Manage service delivery, including provisioning, patching, vulnerability remediation, and documentation of server environments across multiple platforms and cloud providers.
