About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tendering Engineer to act as a high-level technical lead and strategic partner to management. You will be the central pivot point for the bidding process, balancing technical accuracy with commercial strategy while facilitating complex global communication between regional and international stakeholders. This role requires a candidate capable of driving strategic business decisions while mentoring junior staff and managing day-to-day technical tenders.

Key Responsibilities Prepare quotations for major projects in close coordination with sales personnel, regional managers, distributors, representatives, and alliance managers. Assist management with major project tender signoffs as required by the company’s Delegation of Authority (Do A) framework.
