**Core Responsibilities**:
**Support the complete VAT refund process through**:
- Oversee and manage the entire VAT refund process, ensuring timely and accurate refunds.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican VAT laws and regulations and prepare detailed reports for internal and external partners
- Have proper interactions with our firms and Tax authorities to make refunds happen
- Collaborate with process and data specialists to facilitate the improvement of our data gathering to speed up our VAT refunds
- Assist in VAT audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations to tax authorities
