**About the role**
+ 支撑开利全球电动冷机产品战略，主导下一代Global Engineless Platform（3~9kW）的系统架构设计与技术开发。依托上海浦东作为开利全球电动冷机研发设计中心，本岗位将负责平台级制冷系统的前端设计与技术决策，推动多型号产品在全球市场的快速衍生与落地。该岗位将承担从概念定义、系统架构设计到样机验证的核心研发职责，确保平台在能效、可靠性及技术竞争力方面持续领先，并通过标准化与模块化设计提升全球产品开发效率。同时，作为系统技术的重要承担者，该岗位将连接全球研发团队与关键供应商，推动电动化、低碳化技术在冷链运输领域的应用与落地。
**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Sr. System Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:
+ 负责制冷系统总体方案设计与架构定义，包括系统拓扑及关键性能指标设定
+ 负责核心部件选型与系统匹配，如压缩机、换热器、EXV及管路设计
+ 主导BEV冷机/电动冷藏机组系统设计及能效优化
+ 开展系统建模及仿真分析，支持设计决策与优化
