Sr. Support Engineer (IT Support)

Overview

Job title: Sr. Support Engineer (IT Support); Account: Support and Leadership; Work set up: Hybrid (3x onsite / week); Work shift: Onsite; Salary: Up to 34K package; Start date: ASAP; Shifting: Rotational Shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for IT systems, applications, and end-user environments.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, network, and system issues to ensure high availability, security, and performance of IT services.
• Mentor junior support staff and coordinate incident resolution.
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to deliver reliable IT support aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as local IT support
• Average to good communications skills
