Job Description
Sr. Stamping Engineer
As Sr. Stamping Engineer you will lead and optimize component stamping processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with automotive industry standards. Act as a technical reference within the area, driving continuous improvement and the implementation of new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analysis and optimization of stamping processes.
- Definition of process parameters and quality validation.
- Failure analysis and troubleshooting.
- Preparation of technical documentation and reports.
- Participation in MPS, 5S, audits, and performance reviews.
- Implementation and monitoring of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Monitoring and validation of preventive and corrective maintenance of stamping dies.
- Training of technical personnel related to the stamping area.
