Sr. Sales Operations Associate (Santiago)

We're looking for a Senior Sales Operations Associate to join our Commercial Operations team—the group driving strategy, efficiency, and insights for our restaurant partner network across Latin America. You'll play a key role in supporting merchant retention and early lifecycle management, helping our partners thrive from day one and beyond.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how we support merchants during their most crucial early stages. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams—Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success—to identify critical moments in the merchant journey, reduce churn, and build a strong foundation for long-term success.
