Job Description
An Insight Global customer is seeking a Sr. Process Improvement Specialist to support safety investigations at a massive mining operation in Nevada.

Responsibilities include:
Coordinates a wide variety of Environmental, Safety, and Health (ES&H) disciplines to facilitate implementation of the company's ES&H program and ES&H Management System, including aiding compliance with company ES&H standards, applicable regulatory requirements, and contractual commitments.
Directly responsible for the development and implementation of incident investigation and root cause analysis programs in the project.
Assists in the development, implementation, and maintenance of programs, systems, and procedures necessary for the safety and health of employees and protection of the environment and communities.
Maintains ES&H databases, inclusive of incident events, audit/assessment findings, and corrective actions.
